Owner of the company was a delight to work for.
Cons
Leader of accounting is a control freak and wants to tell you who you can and cannot talk to in the company. She does not treat employees with respect and talks about other team members behind their... backs, so you know she is doing the same to you with them. Not a desirable work situation for anyone with any ethics.
