Pros

I've had the longest stint of my professional career with Elevate K-12; for a reason. The company has grown by leaps and bounds each year. The operations team in India is one of the most close-knit... and tight units which takes challenges head-on. The domain is interesting and there are plenty of opportunities to showcase your capabilities. People are encouraged to take calculated and transparent decisions. Performance is well rewarded in form of promotions and other growth opportunities. The founding team and leadership, both in India and the Chicago office, has set a good work culture which has been ingrained into the company's DNA now. People are encouraged to take time-off and it is not looked down upon. There is no micro-management as long as the work gets done.

Cons

The company scales each year so one can't get into a comfort zone. One has to think and act on their feet and move fast.
