Wonderful Management, Most of the people from IIT/IIMs. Lot to learn. great opportunity, Looking forward for more, Suggestion : Add Incentives for Corporate employees too, try some reward for... Tasks, something like that... LOL.

XSEED Education is doing some innovative stuff in education. I have worked with them for the past 5 years and have seen the company grow in different verticals and products.

Cons

The pay for consultants and freelancers is not very competitive.
