Work life balance is great for consulting standard. Seniors are super down to earth and love to provide coaching. Firm cares about employees well being and finding ways to improve. Good pay.
Stressful when on project, but it’s nature of the work.
It has a great company culture. They care about mental health and try to create a welcoming environment. Some of the nicest people I ever met work here and they give random bonuses and paid days off.... They try to be as understanding as possible to make sure you're happy
I like the idea of the program in order to learn as much as possible but it does mess up the flow of learning and consistency for managers. I think it should be at the intern level not college... graduate level. There is also a big chance that they won't promote you at all even when you pick up more work they will most likely hire senior analyst from the outside
