Pros

Service industry jobs do not come without their unique challenges, but the Keg does offer a unique culture that sets it apart from other industry jobs.

Cons

Benefits could be better, you can lose your benefits quickly.

Advice to Management

Hiring managers that are already with the company and have worked either FOH or BOH always make for better Keg managers.
