Pros

I was never treated as an "intern" I was treated an an equal and given many opportunities to succeed and learn.

Cons

KHA is a great employer for people who like to work. If you are working for a normal 8-5 job, this is not it. The employees work hard and the time dedication is extensive but worth it!
