I worked at CoEnterprise full-time for more than a year

Pros

Bright colleagues, interesting clients and workload, unlimited PTO, great healthcare benefits (vision, dental, medical), and you will learn a lot. You will be pushed to perform but in general it is a... team effort and if you have good coworkers assigned on a project with you, there is a lot of acknowledgement for a job well done.

Cons

Unfortunately, you will have to be your own advocate and teach yourself the ropes because there is a lot of finger pointing and zero leadership. There was a lot of turnover when I was there and... people got a new boss every two to three months. Everything is a fire drill and a red flag and there is no long-term planning which makes me unsure about the future of the company. Way too much bureaucracy as well, redundant reporting, review and forecasting meetings that are not productive, and processes that do not make any sense. No clear career development path or promotion process, it appears to be very subjective and highly contingent on favoritism and being part of the "in" crowd.

Advice to Management

Look around. It is no coincidence that so much turnover has been happening lately. People are unhappy, not being challenged, and have new bosses that do not know what they are doing. Invest in... leadership and professional development. Be transparent about promotions and raises.
