Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Korn Ferry full-time

Pros

Career opportunities and health benefits

Cons

Salary increments and strategy is always made at the global with no consideration of country nuances

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Russell Reynolds full-time

Pros

- Great Professional Environment - Unique discretionary and rewarding bonus system - Smart compensation - Globally very integrated and effective collaboration within offices/ practices - Great... work systems and IT - The offices are at great locations and they take care of employees

Cons

- Conservative and the India office has too many leadership changes - Country Leader in India (sometimes expats) does not have P&L and hence can drag the full firm down - Have a bias for strategy... consulting folks, the culture of the firm lacks diversity
