Former Employee - N/A

I worked at Kyriba Corp. full-time for more than a year

Pros

International travel is amazing Market rate compensation

Cons

Instability at the executive layer Lots of broken promises Culture of secrecy and argument

Advice to Management

Gain stability at the top and move forward with common purpose.

Current Employee - Customer Care

I have been working at Classy full-time for less than a year

Pros

Love the mission, the people that work here, the company culture & environment! Learning so much about SaaS and it's the best knowing that your everyday work contributes to so many causes around... the world. Even the "bad" days here are better than good days in other work environments!

Cons

Cost of living in SD is high so that's something to consider when you're discussing pay here.

Advice to Management

Keep the bonding activities, regular meeting & training opportunities, flexible work schedules, and unlimited PTO! Makes for the best perks and really contributes to higher work ethic.
