Pros
The think I like most about this organisation is they give enough chances to upskill yourself. They provide you the platform which you can use to upskill. Other than the management is good I would... not say it is great. You wilp be lucky if you find an understanding team and managers otherwise you need to learn about the politics and how to deal with that. Job security is there.
Cons
Although you have job security but the increment in hike is not much. Don't expect anything.

Less of learnings, management, and CEO is good but at the time of my employment there was lac of projects
