I have been working at LTI full-time for more than a year
Pros
The think I like most about this organisation is they give enough chances to upskill yourself. They provide you the platform which you can use to upskill. Other than the management is good I would... not say it is great. You wilp be lucky if you find an understanding team and managers otherwise you need to learn about the politics and how to deal with that. Job security is there.
Cons
Although you have job security but the increment in hike is not much. Don't expect anything.

I have been working at Provab Technosoft full-time for more than 6 years. It provides a platform to show your expertise, your skill, your suggestion, and feedback in terms of better quality, process... improvement is taken seriously by the higher management that is the best part of it. Great place to learn and management is so supportive and friendly.
