1] Extreme levels of office politics people play and demonstrate here, nowhere in my career have I seen so many so called politicians working at one place. 2] Common strait noticed among people... working here - say sweet things on your face, start talking opposite behind your back. 3] Only way to progress here is, if you butter up your manager or if you join his politic plays and support. 4] Overall less talented and mediocre people in their ethics, career can be very successful here.
Advice to Management
1] Find ways to end the office politics. 2] Reward talent, not boot licking. 3] Higher management should have weekly skip level meetings with lower level or new employees, and encourage them to say... things without any repercussions.

Pay Promotes from within. Company has taken a lot of admin work off of on-site team with technology and the Shared Service Center. Upper management is open to any new ideas on how to improve... the property or make the office team more efficient. Company genuinely cares about its employees. During the pandemic, no furloughs were made, yearly pay increases were still given, and now a bonus is being given for the efforts made during the pandemic.
It seems once you reach the CM position, there is not a lot of training or opportunity for advancement. Most CM's in my area are long-time CM's and there is nothing wrong with that, but it does put a... jam in any advancements or gaining any experience with managing different properties unless you are willing to relocate to a new City.
