Featured Review

Current Contractor - Insurance Agent

I have been working at Liveops for more than 8 years

Pros

I recognize the efforts of our CEO and our management team or their efforts to listen to us and make things better. It gets better every year due to their efforts.

Cons

Non that I can think of

Advice to Management

Just want to thank Management for all the hard work you do to be sure we are taken care of and happy! Greg Hanover is the best!

Former Contractor - Inbound Sales

I worked at NexRep for less than a year

Pros

You get to work at home, some of the people you talk to aren't bad, and you can have a flexible schedule.

Cons

The upsells, the fact that when I reapplied after being let go, the person who called me for a phone interview was late calling me by a larger amount. My interview was scheduled for 3:15PM PST, and... they called me at 4:46 PM PST. I sent a email, and never received a response. I asked if they could please let me know if I could be considered for opportunities there. I received a response to that email. However, I asked about the name of the company for the position they spoke of, and never received any kind of response.

Advice to Management

Do not be so late calling someone for a interview. if you have to be, let the applicant know you are running so late, and offer to reschedule. Apologize if you are very late to a phone interview.... Respond to a applicant's questions in some way at least. Last of all, shorten the upsells. I didn't have a problem when getting hired on prior to the incident I described. However, if you start being very late often{if this isn't already the case}, you may start to have less people willing to work with you.
