Pros

USA Medical Billing where we have to contact to insurance to resolve the claims as well as we have to do the payment posting and cahrge entry.

Cons

They lost the process due to the COVID 19 issues and company is not runing any more.

Advice to Management

They were very supporting and do not feel bed to teach any thing.

Challenging domain, very polite and professional colleagues, great working environment. The thing that stands out the most, is the quality of all people working in the company, from the CEO down to... the 20-sth-year old employee.

Cons

You cannot always agree with the corporate decisions but that's something you face in all companies.
