The medical cover was the best and HR at that time was nice

Senior management always two face and stabbing others in the back

Advice to Management

Stop giving management positions to incompetent people especially in HR just because they shine your shoes, yes you can always fire them if they are crap but that's already damaged your company's... reputation.
