I worked at CEI: The Digital Office full-time for more than a year

Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed being on the sales team at CEI. The expectations were very straightforward and fair. I felt that I was open to be open and honest with management about the good and the bad. They... give you the flexibility and resources to be able to learn and essentially "run your own business" in such a way that works best for you. The supporting staff repetitively goes the extra mile to help you and your customers out which is really w hat keeps CEI customers, customers. The President brings so much positive energy to the table and really does a great job bringing employees and customers together for awesome events that support the local community!

Cons

1. Low pay but the entire copier industry doesnt pay very well. You pretty much have to stick around 4+ years to build a customer base large enough to bring in $100k a year

Advice to Management

To attract and more importantly retain top talent consider offering ways to make more money. Ambitious talent wont wait 4 years to reach $100k when other sales jobs offer that kind of pay right off... the bat. Consider offering the opportunity for sales reps to bonus.
