L&T is Excellent. It is known for its rich culture. Lucky to have Salary, PLR, Bonus, LTA in time. Site facilities is nice such as Family accommodation, furniture, Vehicle, Laptop, Mobile, WiFi,... dress code etc..
Cons
Strict Time schedule. Sunday also half day duty. Difficult to take leave due to huge responsibilities at site.
