I have been working at Manhattan Associates full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good salary,hike, goodies, gifts. Not all seniors but some seniors are really very very helpful.There is buddy concept so make sure your buddy is helping one or not.Having a good buddy is really... important in your starting days... otherwise you have to struggle alot.Workload wise it is good.Generally they don't rush to complete the story...I mean they will provide the sufficient time to complete the story.Technoloy wise ..they are using the latest tech stack.So you can learn alot.

Cons

Some managers are good.but some manager don't know how to talk professionally.

Advice to Management

Management should assign the buddy very carefully.
