In this uncertain times of covid pandemic across the world, the organisation immediately switched to the concept of work from home with all the support required. I have been working from home from... March. For me,this has been a blessing as it didn't impact me financially as I am the sole earner as of now for my family.
Cons
No one is allowed to talk to each other on work floor. If caught talking, security guard will note down your name and employee code.
Advice to Management
