Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Mckenzie Holland full-time

Pros

Learned/excelled my people skills, time management, perseverance, and public speaking. With this job, you have to learn how to stay positive, and when you do it honestly changes your outlook on life.

Cons

Crummy hours, bad pay (commission), stressful environment, and little room for improvement. The company culture is one where you are constantly surrounded by manipulative people who's sole job is to... convince you (along with themselves) that you belong there and this is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Advice to Management

During interviews, do not just "sell" someone on becoming a door to door salesman, rather explain to them what you believe in and what exactly they will be doing and maybe employee turnover will... decrease.

Current Contractor - Digital Marketing Specialist

I have been working at Localsearch for less than a year

Pros

Amazing management team. Work/life balance. All the training you could possibly need. Ongoing support. Rewarding commission structure. Opportunity every single day.

Cons

I cannot think of a negative thing to say.
