* Takes employee mental health and wellness seriously and provides many resources for help and/or leave. * Cares about employee opinions and takes action to improve quality of working environment *... Compensation is good and on par with industry * Employee advancement in company is encouraged and valued * Diversity and inclusion is BIG and valued.

* Certain benefits aren't the greatest (Vision, Dental and Perks) * Work/Life balance could be improved. Some people can take advantage of work from home days/holidays/PTO/Vacation and some people... are expected to be strict with work from home days.
