Advice to Management

Current Employee - Tech Worker

I have been working at Vibrent Health full-time for more than 3 years

There are so many, we can not count them. After many years of work I am still finding challenges to overcome that are fun and unique. The colleagues are coming in all shapes and sizes, and we are... culturally diverse and have festivities in the office from all around the world. We have just made celebrations for Diwali this year by the time I am writing this posting, and before that was Diwali last year too. For those who worked in the remote office in another place in the world, they are sometimes rewarded and are coming to here to work in Fairfax for a time. Management does listen to concerns and there is a suggestion box that is anonymous, and does not try to figure out who wrote them, even when they might know who it is, contrary to what some believed. Even though there maybe was some low performers that were saying bad things about the company, they reward the hardest workers with great sayings of thanks and coasters. Just because some colleagues have gone left and gone to some of the top 5 tech companies does not mean that they put out a lot of work here at Vignet. Many times the people who complain the most also ask too many questions of the work they are supposed to do instead of just doing it. Nobody is paid to question 100%. Workers are paid to work. There is a snack bar and the company is always growing and shrinking so there are challenges supporting the sizes for the future but we are always working on it to improve and make better.

Everything is fine. There are no contraries.
