Pros
During my time at Natus Medical, I obtained personal satisfaction being part of a company whose overall mission is to improve patient lives and support a diverse medical device portfolio. I got... stretch assignments across different areas that helped me develop as a professional, and our team is highly motivated with an emphasis on excellence. My team has a lot of flexibility to support work-life balance which I really appreciated. The environment is very good for those who tend to be adaptable, self-starters who take ownership of projects and run with it. If you prefer a high amount of structure and day-to-day supervisory oversight, you may not enjoy it as much. Great place if you are looking for a chance to make meaningful change happen and really exciting to see how our products help people in their everyday lives.
Cons
The company is still developing toward the mature infrastructure and culture that you find at very large companies but has the right people with passion and motivation to get us there and provides a... lot of professional development opportunities to help streamline best practices and procedure. The business has a tendency to pivot too quickly sometimes without giving things a chance to take root and grow.
Pros
I love my coworkers we work well together.
Cons
Quality of management is poor. Supervisors feel the need to power trip and if you have concerns you are dismissed The quality scores don't allow room for error. And do not create an environment where... workers feel safe because even if your 1% from the minimum score you're threatened with a write up. And its always over something arbitrary. If you get 1 ding on an account your below the quality threshold so your in constant fear of working accounts. And conifer doesn't reward accountability. The pay is nowhere near what it should be.
