If you prefer a high amount of structure and day-to-day supervisory oversight, you may not enjoy it as much. Great place if you are looking for a chance to make meaningful change happen and really exciting to see how our products help people in their everyday lives.

The company is still developing toward the mature infrastructure and culture that you find at very large companies but has the right people with passion and motivation to get us there and provides a... lot of professional development opportunities to help streamline best practices and procedure. The business has a tendency to pivot too quickly sometimes without giving things a chance to take root and grow.
