Former Employee - Field Operations Manager

I worked at Nestlé full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

People friendly company, empowers it's people to take decisions. Integrity is it's foundation . Appreciates efforts and is the most ethical Company to work for.

Cons

Should open up rehire for Ex-Employees in India. As they start searching for the same Culture, outside & then repent, obviously has to be on Merit, though, say after 5 years. This also makes them... even stronger and the Organisation gets a varied/Diverse exposure, which further can bring in more value. Note: people don't leave Organisation, they leave Bosses. A good asset is lost due to a bad Boss.

Advice to Management

Please continue being the same and open up Opportunities for Ex-Employees to come back, especially in India as they know the culture and can easily set in.

I have been working at British American Tobacco

Pros

British American Tobacco offers me a great career development. The working environment in British American Tobacco leads me to get a global exposure where we are forced to keep developing ourselves... as the employees

Cons

british american tobacco's employees are facing a big challenge on their work life. The works quality is very demanding and it brings the temptation for us to give up. but overall british american... tobacco is such a recommended place to grow
