The pay “can be” good Free lunch and kitchen amenities

Cons

- The atmosphere felt heavy and employees were always talking behind each other’s back. - Your assigned lead expects you to read his/her mind. (Expects you to already know their system) - No... team-players to work with. - Everyone is out to get you. (Do not believe any promises you are given while working as a contractor) - The company head office in GVA should realize that its “free food” in their NA office doesn’t solve the unprofessional environment exerted by many employees and managers. - Racist/discriminatory remarks will be often heard.

Advice to Management

Company owners need to change their management and heads of departments to promote a healthy & safe work place for good employees to remain with the company and add value.
