Pros

I worked very closely with VP of communications and marketing. Everyone always checked to see if I needed anything and they made sure I was happy with the work I was doing and the experience I was... getting.

Keep doing what you’re doing and checking in on interns to make sure they’re enjoying their work and getting a valuable experience.

Pros

Many good people wanting to do their best effort. Customer focus is high on the list.

Cons

Lack of leadership and long term vision. Report and adminstrative burden.

Advice to Management

Another employee survey just taken AGAIN to assess what is going on. How many surveys are needed if they all continually reflect similar results, lack of strategy and vision because of poor... leadership. Not surprising that many of my associates are actively looking for a better career elsewhere, including me. The significant layoffs and restructure of this past spring continue to haunt. Talent let go and now needed is being sought by using recruiters. One of the prior and more effective executive leaders and motivators of the bank continues to manage loans with limited if any leadership involvement since the layoff restructure. No more surveys required, stop the craziness as we all know the problem!
