Former Intern - Devops

I worked at Pitney Bowes for less than a year

Pros

You'll get very good exposure. Great work culture.

Cons

There are alot of people's on higher positions who always take benifit of your hardwork. It's very good for freshers who come over here as intern but I wanted to let them know that they're going be... converted as a permanent employee, This is the only thing that I hate hate most people here play with your career by lying that we'll provide you a permanent position and they never do until unless you resign.

Current Employee - Manager

I have been working at DFW International Airport full-time

Pros

People work hard, have big hearts and Care, have pride in their job and pull together when times get tough. Benefits are good. Wellness is really important and we have some new things with... engagement that seem interesting. My supervisor asked for my idea during this meeting we had.

Cons

Newer employees are not as disgruntled as the ones just waiting around for retirement and trying to spread their anger around. Favoritism rules when you look at promotion to exec level. Too many... execs who get hired that don’t know how to manage people and they sit in their offices like statues.

Advice to Management

The Executive VPs are at odds and everyone knows it. If they would stop stabbing each other in the back we could get some work done.
