Former Employee - Account Executive

I worked at Plastic Omnium full-time for less than a year

Pros

Excellent work conditions,Culture Environment,Employee Benefits.

Cons

You Have to be Qualified enough & at Par with knowledge & Skills.

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Inergy full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Business was always growing so job security was not an issue. Decent home-life balance and pay was on par with local market

Cons

No place to grow and advance professionally. growth by acquisition left infrastructure in shambles. Frequent threat of buyouts/mergers with other companies.
