no micromanagements, many projects descent pay nice people nice country
Cons
narrow work space too many kickoff meetings no free supplies like, coffee, tea or even drinking water etc for employees. no space for extra activities or sports no hike every year for contractors
Advice to Management
definitely need to improve more healthy artistic environment that cares for employees. has bit factory feel right now.
