Featured Review

Current Employee - Universal Banker

I have been working at Provident Bank full-time

Pros

flexible working hours 15 days PTO to start

Cons

sales-driven environment low pay bad operating systems you have to make telemarketing calls/ or how they call it "tele-consulting" they push you to sell, but they also tell you that you "should not... push products"

Advice to Management

they should care about the people working in the branches a little bit more. we don't get enough credit for all that we do and we are often forgotten when making important changes.

Former Employee - Senior Commercial Loan Closer

I worked at Columbia Bank (NJ) full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good medical benefits and family events

Cons

Columbia overworked employment taking 5% other to a different level.

Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees while still employed by the institution.
