Technology strong company now backed by Accenture which is Global organisation.

Cons

one of the worst companies, no job security now with Accenture one of the well known worst company who removes people and cant provide support for long time. Hiring with worst practices of... retrenchment and never join this company

Advice to Management

Management should focus on value system, moral, vision and also job security. They should understand hire and fire policy will damage their reputation. Those who are ended abruptly are cursing them... with sorrow which will hit them back in their business and also people. it is like a death if you dont have value system for organisation. if you cant hire people, please dont and dont spoil thier careers after sucking thier blood, making them to work for you
