Partner quality varies significantly depending on the practice A lack of direction at the senior management level is apparent. For example, no one knows what "do digital" means. Furthermore, the... market doesn't know what that means. 1) Poor resource planning, 2) scope-creep, and 3) expectation misalignment between sales and client service teams result in uneven distribution of work. The company seems to have lost its way since 50% of it was sold to Michael Dell and his family office two years ago or so. Nepotism is rampant Nose-diving glass door score is indicative of poor employee experience White men do well here They promise a lot but can't deliver They talk a good, convincing game They hire people willing to take a pay cut to work with great people. Those great people often exist at middle management and below. They leverage their brand in the market to get talent at rock bottom prices. Some practices are good at what they do, some are barely a half-step ahead of their client. Burn and churn model leveraged for C-SC levels. Opportunities for wealth accumulation doesn't start until director+ role is obtained. BIPOC, LGBT, etc. folks: Look elsewhere. The implicit pressure to assimilate is high. Also, recent RIFs had a...curious impact on DEI numbers. Don't pause to figure it out, just move on.
