I have been working at QinetiQ US full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
I am so proud to work for a company that supports the U.S. military. The systems we create are amazing. I greatly enjoy collaborating with my teammates as they truly are some of the brightest and... most kind people I have ever met. I have the perfect amount of flexibility and work-life balance. I have no plans of leaving any time soon!
Cons
I miss being in the office and spending time with my teammates but I completely understand that this is just not safe right now during the pandemic. I appreciate the measures the company has taken to... keep us safe.
Advice to Management
Thank you for making such a valiant effort to get to know your employees and what makes them tick.
