Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Qualcomm full-time

Pros

Great work culture and pay

Cons

stressful at times but not akways

Current Employee - IPhone Developer

I have been working at iDeation R&D Labs full-time for more than a year

Pros

-Great company ethics and standards, truly values both employees and customers, amazing culture. - Tons of work around...wide exposure to lots of IT systems. I've learned SO much in the past one... year here and I continue to learn something new everyday. -Small teams. So you have a bigger chance to get noticed for your work. The only problem is, everybody is a rock star.

Cons

- High burnout rate. I find myself short of patience many times just because there's always too much to do
