Former Employee - Product Manager

I worked at iCar Asia full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Fast moving environment. Hands-on learning. Able to learn a lot during my 3 years in the company.

Cons

Lack of product focus, ever increasing revenue targets.

Advice to Management

Product and customer service should be the backbone of the company and these areas should have more focus rather than aggressive sales teams.
