Great company and benefits. Pay is nice too.

Cons

I was at the sourcing center in Fleming. There is no room for growth, everyone onsite is new to the industry so their is A LOT of gossip and cliques. The turnover rate is HIGH and the people that do... quit are always quitting because of management. Management needs to go through SEVERAL leadership trainings to learn how to develop their employees and not take the approach of pointing out only negatives. Managers can be very condescending at times.
