Current Employee - Technical Lead

I have been working at Sportsbet.com.au full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Regular food and drinks on offer Great office space, casual clothing No micro-managing Opportunity to feel like you're contributing. 5 Weeks annual leave

Cons

Work hours can be long for certain projects, longer annual leave does make up for it to a degree There is pressure to deliver and you need to be able to cope with that

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, be open to ideas and inquisitive feedback, stay innovative.
