Pros
It has a great company culture. They care about mental health and try to create a welcoming environment. Some of the nicest people I ever met work here and they give random bonuses and paid days off.... They try to be as understanding as possible to make sure you're happy
Cons
I like the idea of the program in order to learn as much as possible but it does mess up the flow of learning and consistency for managers. I think it should be at the intern level not college... graduate level. There is also a big chance that they won't promote you at all even when you pick up more work they will most likely hire senior analyst from the outside
Advice to Management
Get rid of the two year promote and raise cycle! give promotions and raises when and where its needed. Don't make people wait for months
