What Employees Say
I have been working at SevOne for less than a year
The Technology Address the requirement of Next Generation IT Performance Management. The Leadership team is very accessible and they understand the ramp up time required by Individuals to set up in... the organization. I come from very large organization where everything was through a set process, But to my surprise SevOne had all those processes already in place and in fact in many cases they are better than any of the other organization I worked for. For e.g. Day 1 and My 1st Hour in the company, they set up my Laptop, Email, My Salesforce Account every thing I needed to work. A very structured 5 Day Training, " SevOne University" thats what they named it. Benefits are one of the best in the industry and Compensation wise we are competitively placed. However my overall experience so far " Awesome".
As a Remote Employee, Several Miles away from HQ I am not entitled for some of the perks which they provide in Americas and EMEA, however I heard they working to get us in same level as rest of other... employees in Americas & EMEA. So it should be good in future.
Advice to Management
My Best Advice to Management is Add Home Office Allowance (fixed Monthly allowance) for folks working from Home.
I worked at Wodify full-time for more than 3 years
Good salary, good conditions, good co-workers, fantastic offices.
Initially the company seems like a dream of a place, with all the good conditions and spaces. She suffered a bad time and became obsessed with forcibly creating a culture and forcing employees to... live it. Not all people felt good and some ended up leaving. Every day or almost all, they make you feel special, that you are part of the company but from one moment to the next they decided to dismiss everyone from an office for no apparent reason. They claimed that it was to avoid bankruptcy and were never transparent in that regard, they never previously warned of the company's situation. The great defect of this company is the strong intervention of the CEO who ends up interfering in everything and always making decisions and not trusting his employees.
