Nice social team and amazing group of talented people

Cons

Old way of doing things, no career progression. Preach about internal culture, but their own is utterly appalling. There is no culture. No investment in staff, dull projects, poor creative

Get rid of the whole management team and reappoint

A collaborative environment. A great place to learn and grow quickly.

Cons

Many times demanding asks can result in working long hours especially if there is poor communication between the team and clients about how long it takes to get work done.
