Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Signature HealthCARE part-time

Pros

good atmos phere , hectic life

Cons

nothing to say in this regard

Current Employee - Healthcare Recruiter

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for less than a year

Pros

Sweetest people I've ever worked with, laid back environment in the office, I am trusted to do my work, reasonable pay, fun culture that truly celebrates employees. Also- I have never felt so... welcomed. Within 3 days of being here, I had nearly 50+ LinkedIn requests, and everyone made a point to come say hello.

Cons

PTO is a glaring issue for anyone like me with a passion for travel- they are closed on all holidays, but force you to use your PTO, and its the only time off you're allotted. Benefits are too... expensive- most people use their partner's insurance.

Advice to Management

Please focus on giving some more consideration to benefits packages- they really matter to our well-being. Also can we get fridges in the breakrooms?
