I have been working at Remington Hotels full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

The Management and Leadership has handled the COVID situation better than others in the industry when I talk to my colleagues elsewhere. The weekly updates are great and transparent. They have... treated our furloughed associates well and keep them informed. Overall doing well in a tough operating environment - no help from the government for hotels like others in travel industry.

Cons

It will be a few tough months and hopefully people will travel again with the vaccines out.

Advice to Management

Keep staying in touch with your associates at all levels like you have being doing and continue the practice after COVID is behind us.
