Featured Review

Former Employee - Testing Analyst

I worked at Skipton Building Society full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good company to work for, has decent internal prospects and happy to help you train or make internal movements to help you get the role you desire if you are willing to put in the time yourself. Pay... is OK not as high as some similar companies but for being out of a city its reasonable. Good benefits and holidays package along with this.

Cons

Management direction can sometimes feel rushed or forced which causes issues further down the line

Advice to Management

Take more time with decisions, delivering at pace is one thing but rushing things through doesnt always help

"Good benefits"18 Oct 2020
