Pros
Saying that you work in an office downtown? Really nothing, to be honest.
Cons
Minimum wage pay for most people; Harsh working conditions; Zero appreciation for employees which leads to extremely high turnover. No longer ANY ability to work from home in this role.
Advice to Management
I left Sten Tel / InfraWare in the Fall of 2017 and decided to wait before posting any reviews. However, other reviews from around that time tell the same story: Variable "piecemeal" pay that's more... like a scam. Working conditions so bad that you had to practically beg for a bathroom break during 8-hour straight phone calls. The company and job underwent numerous changes as I was leaving, and none of them were improvements. I'd say it was like a factory there, but it was really more like a prison camp. Thank God I left with a better career path.
