"The best company culture"

Pros

I think the people who work at Sage genuinely enjoy their jobs and want to come to work everyday. I work with individuals who care about me not just as an employee but as a person first. You can feel... the company culture at the corporate and property level. I feel like there are a lot of opportunities and space for growth and development within the company. The hotel and restaurant discounts are great.

Cons

Cannot think of any at this time. I have been really happy with my experience thus far.
