Featured Review

Current Employee - Test Analyst

I have been working at Sun Life full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great Work life balance hh

Cons

Not much as of now

Former Employee - Operations

I worked at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan full-time for more than a year

Pros

You get to work with smart individuals.

Cons

Your work environment is heavily based on the type of manager you have. It makes it hard to stay if you have a manager who doesn't know how to 'lead'.

Advice to Management

Focus on having managers who know how to lead, and not just because they have been working there for several years.
