Pros

1. If you are ambitious and want to learn you will succeed here. 2. Office culture during my time there was probably one of the funniest and most enjoyable experiences I have ever had. 3. Having... moved to a different firm it has really conveyed the benefit of collaboration and also additional benefits I think employees at GQR may take for granted as it is their "normal" - for example, Jet Sets. 4. Great environment to learn your market and enjoy working with like minded people. 5. Great earning potential and also payment structure. 6. Very supportive professionally and on a personal level.

Cons

1. Extremely KPI driven. 2. PTO not encouraged 3. If you are not performing, you feel the pressure (depends how you handle the pressure is what matters)

Advice to Management

Have more trust in your employees with more focus on strategy and business growth than whether they turn up to the office on time. Be more cut throat with under performers.
