I worked at Swedish full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great tuition assistance program, added free mental health benefits to health care coverage (in response to COVID), great health insurance, life insurance.

Cons

Pay raises only come annually in the Spring, management is extremely capped by corporate on how much they can give you. It also worth noting that there was no "exit interview" upon leaving the... company, so I am not sure how the company is getting information on how they could improve the workplace for their employees.
