As such Company is doing great and employee centered company and cares for people. I dont have any cons.

Pros

People are really nice, open to questions, ready to help. Tech stack is not the best, but a huge effort is being put to improve it. People really open to new ideas

Cons

Codebase is a mess, but getting better :D

Advice to Management

Keep the tech improvements as main priority, only solving that we could continue growing
